Processing Times
All Okaou orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

• Canada: 3–9 business days

• United States: 5–12 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to postal or customs issues outside of our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Okaou is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Packages
Okaou is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and the damaged item before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Okaou is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for tracking their package and contacting the carrier with any delivery issues.
